Business Solutions & AI

Connecting technology, information and business processes to improve operational performance.

Process improvement, workflow automation, system integrations and reporting, with AI used only where it beats a simpler approach. Work starts with a measured baseline, and what we build we can also run.

Delivered as: starts with discovery · project · managed service · Scoped pilots

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. Step 1DiscoveryThe process is measured before anything is built, so the business case is clear.
  2. Step 2Proposal with criteriaScope, cost and the measures the work must meet.
  3. Step 3PilotA controlled first version with failure handling and human review.
  4. Step 4Rollout and supportExpanded once the pilot meets its targets, then supported and improved under an agreement.

Our approach

Strategic Technology Advisory connects all four divisions.

Assessments, roadmaps, budgeting and vendor decisions that connect all four divisions to what your organization is trying to do.

Questions, answered.

Why start with discovery?

A measured baseline is the clearest way to know whether automation will pay back. Discovery produces a process map, the baseline and a scoped proposal you keep whether or not you proceed.

Is this an AI product?

No. It is a disciplined way to remove manual work. Most improvements come from connecting systems you already have; AI is one tool among several and is used only when it earns its place.

What about our data?

Data access is reviewed in discovery, permissions are kept to the minimum needed, and nothing touches production data without explicit approval and a rollback plan.

Which AI platforms do you work with?

We are not tied to one. We start with the tools and licenses you already have, compare alternatives on cost, data handling and fit, and recommend a platform only when it suits the work.

Can you help us govern AI agents and assistants?

Yes. An AI assessment shows which tools and agents are in use, what information they can reach, and the permissions, rules and human oversight each one needs. From there we put governance in place and pilot new uses where they earn their place.

Ongoing support or a single project, we start with your priorities.

Tell us what you are working on, and we will reply with clear next steps.
